Living in the Medical District gives you unrestricted access to the Lakewalk, Downtown, Chester Park, and UMD within a stones throw. Restaurants nearby include the lively Sir Benedict’s, the upscale Va Bene Caffe, the summer favorite Portland Malt Shop, and the sprawling Fitger’s Mall. Also just blocks from necessities like groceries and pharmacies, the Medical District has it all, not to mention the close proximity to Downtown and I-35.
