A long hallway, creating a very open feel, leads you to the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Both bedrooms are similar in size. The kitchen features a huge pantry and gas range. Additional amenities include laundry on site and off-street parking located behind the building. Additional amenities: Off-street parking On-site laundry East Hillside, located minutes from downtown Duluth and Lake Superior's shoreline, is a vibrant neighborhood blending history, culture, and natural beauty. Known for its charming homes, tree-lined streets, and stunning lake views, it offers easy access to parks like Chester Park, local schools, medical facilities, and downtown amenities. The area features cozy cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops, fostering a welcoming community with a strong connection to its historical roots. With outdoor recreation, a convenient location, and a friendly atmosphere, East Hillside is an ideal place to live, work, and play. Note: Photos are not of exact unit, but layout is the same. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1200 as well as the electric utility.
