The condo is 2 MILES from Coachella & Stage Coach and right down the street from the Golf Course club house. It sits right on the Indian Palms Golf Course & our guests have use of the golf cart at condo. This rental has WiFi, Cable TV, Washer, Dryer, garage & granite counter tops in the well equipped kitchen. This a 1324 square foot condo home has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2.0 bathrooms, sits right on the fairway of the Indian Palms Golf Course, has a patio overlooking the golf course, is 2 miles from Fair Ground (Music Festivals: Coachella and Stage Coach) has a golf cart for our guests to use at the golf course. There is a washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, Cable, TV, Local Phone, and Grills (1 electric, 1 gas) for our guests. The lovely kitchen in this condo has dark granite counter tops and a kitchen island that seats 2 on bar stools. The white appliances consist of dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator. This condo has an open floor plan with a great room that boasts a beautiful round dining table that seats 4 and comfortable sofa and seating in the family room area. Both bedrooms have queen beds. It also comes with the use of the owner's golf cart for those avid golfers! As our guests, you have access to the fitness center, tennis courts, and main pool. The Indian Palms Country Club Neighborhood is beautiful with its views of the mountains, lots of mature trees, greenery, golf with reasonable rates, tennis courts, pools and walking distance to the various festivals held at the Fairgrounds. The country club also has a fully equipped Fitness Center, 5 tennis courts, pool and Jacuzzi that our guests have access to. Indian Palms Country Club is beautiful with its views of the mountains, lots of mature trees, greenery, golf with reasonable rates, tennis courts, pools hot tubs and walking distance to the various festivals held at the Fairgrounds. The country club also has a fully equipped Fitness Center, 5 tennis courts, pools and hot tubs. This vacation rental includes: -Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool and garage, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels. This unit is NOT pet friendly. You will be required to pay a $175 - $250 cleaning fee depending on length of stay, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a $500 security deposit.
