Been here since March of 2024, no issues so far. Maintenance request are easy to submit, and taken care of same day or after. There’s guest parking here too that doesn’t get filled up, like my old place. Management is friendly and present :)

Living at Monte Azul Apartments in Indio has been wonderful. The recent renovations have made it feel like home. With three pools and three spas, relaxation is easy. Covered parking and gated access provide security, and inside, the stainless steel appliances and included washer and dryer add convenience. The wood-style plank flooring and walk-in closet add to the comfort. Plus, being pet-friendly with amenities like the outdoor fitness center and dog park makes it even better. Monte Azul is more than just an apartment complex—it's home.
