About 820 W 8th St
820 W. Eighth Street - Three bedroom, one bathroom house with stove/refrigerator, gas wall furnace, gas water heater, carpet/vinyl/hardwood flooring, and washer/dryer connections. Driveway is shared. Call our office if you are interested at 336-722-1137! You may come by our office between 8:30 am and 5 pm to checkout a key. We require a refundable $10/key deposit (cash only), and a photocopy of a government issued ID. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime, non-refundable pet fee. Dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
