Includes septic tank and washer & dryer connections (bring your own set) (There is a set there for your use, but the owner doesn't know if they work or not, but probably do) Mini Split HVAC upstairs and down. There are wall Gas units as a backup heat source if you supply the propane. There is a Sunroom for you plant lovers. Piano must stay, it's too heavy to move and the home is partially furnished with some older living room furniture and a dining set. We think Spectrum Internet available but check for yourself to make sure. Tenants will need to get a P.O. Box (mailman doesn't go that far out) Lawn is mostly moss but some weed eating is expected from tenant The home isn't too far from town.
