Scheduled maintenance for this spring include reconditioning the road and painting the exterior of the apartments. Additionally, all utilities are included! The included utilities are your own Morris broadband FAST Internet router , Weekly Trash Pick up, Electricity (up to $100 per month included), and Water/Sewer. This is a great value because utilities can be very expensive and the utility companies require large deposits and electricity can be very expensive in the winter months.
