We perform background checks and check your credit. While we don't require perfect credit, we are cautious about any scores below 650. We do need to see that you have gainful employment or a good source of income and have a stable rental history or mortgage history. We do require 3 times the market rent in paystubs to be approved.
To reserve apartment, please fill out and submit our online application a Co-Signer will need to apply for you as well. You will then be contacted by our office to submit a deposit and sign a lease to hold it for Fall.

Directions: From WCU, go out the back side of campus. Take Left at Flashing Light (Tucks), go over bridge and take Right onto Wayehutta. Go .2 miles and take Left at wcrentals sign.
Pet Policy: No more than 2 small pets. Pets combined weight should be under 40-50 lbs. No aggressive breeds. Pet fee is $250 per pet non-refundable.
