Furnished 2/1 Ohana with View of Kealakekua Bay! - AVAILABLE 4/10/2017! We are now accepting applications on this furnished 2/1 ohana in the McCoy Plantation (in Captain Cook) about 25 minutes from downtown Kona. The ohana is private and offers views of surrounding coffee land and Kealakekua Bay (and more)! It is furnished with a desk, living room set, dining room table and chairs, W/D, etc. However, you would need to provide your own bedding and dishes. Screened it front lanai. Ample fruit trees available on property for you devour and garden if that's your thing. The rent is $1650/ month + tax and utilities (Water & WIFI included) solar hot water heater. The owner does not rent the upper portion of the house out and uses it for their own personal use when visiting the island a couple times a year. NO SMOKING - PET ALLOWED Please ensure you can meet our application qualifications BEFORE APPLYING OR REQUESTING A SHOWING (see details below). No application fee refunds given.
