It is one block from the U of F and within walking distance of downtown shopping & restaurants. This apartment is on the 2nd floor (upstairs) of a 2-story complex. It has been recently painted, new flooring was installed in the living room & entry & bedroom, and is in great condition with some vintage charm. Each apartment has lots of closet space and cabinets, appliances (stove, refrigerator), whole house A/C, ceiling fan in the bedroom, and kitchen garbage disposal. Electric and wifi are paid by tenant; water and trash removal are paid by the owners. All leases are month-to-month. Parking is by permit only to guarantee a close off-street parking space. No washer / dryer hook-ups or laundry services on site. NO PETS. SMOKERS WILL NOT BE APPROVED. We do not accept subsidy payments of any kind (eg Metro Housing, Section 8, Hope House, Community Action Commission, etc) for deposit or rent payments, and require all applicants to have current, verifiable income of 3 times the rental amount ($1920). There is a strict limit of TWO people living in this apartment, including children. We also require a minimum 12 months of professional rental history and a minimum credit score of 550 for each applicant. The application process ($50 for 1 person, $80 for 2) includes identity verification, criminal background check, and credit check. Security deposit ($640) due at lease signing; first month's pro-rated rent due on move-in day. Applications are not offered until we have met someone in person and shown them the property. We do not have staff to monitor this site and cannot respond to messages or comments here.
