The additional two bedrooms feature a Full bed and a one with two Twin beds. The Full sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a large open porch with swing, rockers, table and chairs. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: Parking behind home for three vehicles Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed. Prohibited: Students, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited.
