Watch deer, elk, geese, ducks, herons, eagles, sheep, bears, a mink, and even an occasional river otter frolic in this habitat from the bench by the river or relax fishing or lying on the sandy beach area or patio area. This two-bedroom home plus guest suite includes a kitchen with maple cabinets, deep basin sink, awesome spice drawer and large pantry. The stainless-steel appliances include a dishwasher, 36" refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, and gas range. Enjoy fresh herbs from the herb garden and pick flowers from the many other gardens on the nearly one-acre property. An irrigation system makes gardening easy, and the xeriscaping makes most of the property easy to keep mowed. The two-car garage is not for tall vehicles but will adequately contain two normal size cars. A stacked washer and dryer and a second fridge are included but will not be repaired if any cease to function. The larger bedroom was used as an office and contains a built-in queen size murphy bed for guests. The downstairs guest suite has a large sitting area plus a 3/4 bath with rain shower. The Starlink internet is all set up with awesome speeds and will incur a $120/month if tenant wished to use. This is a special property that rarely comes available, especially as a rental.
