The property also has laundry in the shared basement. Off-street parking available in the back of the property. Pets are welcome within our guidelines! Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1075 as well as electric, gas, sewer, and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month.
