The bedrooms feature queen-size beds, privacy shades, bathroom has a tub-shower combo and a single sink vanity with storage and two glass shelves for additional storage. The kitchen is eat-in with a small table with folding extensions - perfect for eating and provides a work space. The kitchen includes new appliances. There is a small storage area for storing suitcases, etc. The storage room also contains a vacuum, mop &;;; cleaning supplies for the tenant to use. Allowed occupancy is for one adult.
