We are a middle aged couple with a sweet 10 month old looking to share our very special home with a student or serious professional. We prefer a longer term stay (6 month minimum, but we can be flexible if its a good fit). Best to email or call: 510-847-2350 This rare property (3/4 acre) is nestled between the Gourmet Getto and Solano ave. We are a 15 minute walk to CAL campus, 5 minute walk to Solano. We are 2 blocks from public transportation and a 20 minute walk to BART. Private and street parking always available. What we love: Safe and friendly neighborhood (Close to a variety of great grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, etc) Quiet and surrounded by nature. We are off the street. (down a walkway) Lots and lots of space! Amazing back yard with lots of gardening potential! What we don't like: At least 10 minute drive to any freeway! Small Kitchen Deer in our yard...currently building a fence to keep them out. Walls are not insulated, so noise can be a factor. $875/month includes: Fully furnished bedroom, (or partially furnished, your choice!), private bathroom, shared office with desk and printer, shared kitchen and dinning room area, shared backyard, garbage & home alarm system. We split Pge, Internet & Water 3.5 ways (between $50-70 per person per month). $500 deposit Available May 10th. (month to month okay) No Drugs, alcohol, partying. Sorry no pets...we just re-did all our floors in the entire house.
