Conveniently located near Northfield schools, Norwich University, downtown Northfield, and with easy access to I-89 and the Montpelier/Barre area. Flexible lease terms are available. A lease through August 31, 2027 is preferred, but longer-term leases may also be considered. Dogs may be considered with owner approval. Approved dogs are subject to a $50 monthly pet fee per dog. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including propane heat, electricity, water, and internet, as well as routine upkeep, snow removal, and lawn care. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Renters insurance is required. First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and security deposit are required prior to move-in. Purchase options are also available for qualified applicants. Seller financing or a lease with an option to purchase may be considered.
