The location is very convenient and close to the Main Street, the college and schools, but on a quiet street.Trash, plowing and lawn is also covered by landlord. Landlord and employment references, as well as background/credit checks, and proof of household income of 3x the rent. For students or others with lower income, you can add co-signers to help cover the missing income. (Please ask us for a co-signer application in that case.)Security deposit and last month's rent in advance, due upon signing the lease.
