About 8031 River Rd
Are you tired of crowded apartments or of soulless city living? Come live on the river surrounded by nature in New Braunfels. This is the upper unit of a duplex located on the Guadalupe river half way between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. There is 1 traditional bedroom but there is a 270 Sq. Ft. loft than can be used for 1-2 additional bedrooms or an office or studio space or just about anything you can imagine. There is one very spacious bathroom, washer/dryer hook-ups with the possibility for a washer/dryer to be included. The duplex is 1240 Sq. Ft. with parking space for two vehicles. The unit has river views and river access. If you like to fish, the state and Trout Unlimited put the trout in the river right in front of the duplex several times a winter. If you like to tube, this is the best stretch of rapids on the river but also has plenty of calm water. This is a no smoking unit and pets are negotiable. It is not suitable for large dogs and pets will require an additional non-refundable deposit. The rent is $1400/month. If you are interested call, text, or email me 830-499-1149
