3 bed, 2 bath well-maintained single level condo in a 55+ community in the heart of sunny Sequim! Quick access to local shops, medical offices, library, parks, and transit. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, propane range, and pantry. Living room has a propane fireplace. There's a small private courtyard off the living room. Laundry room with washer and dryer (provided as-is). Master bedroom includes a large closet and 3/4 master bathroom with walk-in shower. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and common area grass mowing. The tenant is responsible for trimming a few shrubs and weeding planter areas around the house. Tenant pays electricity and cable/internet, if desired. One small dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $25/month in additional pet rent and $500 refundable security deposit. First and last months rent and security deposit are required. All occupants need to be 55 years old or older. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
