A breakfast area is off the galley style kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator all included. There is an over sized laundry area off the breakfast area and a single car garage. Enjoy the afternoons on the screened back patio which is off the kitchen. The location is convenient to local schools, shopping, NAS Pensacola, Corry Station and much more. Take the family on an afternoon trip on board NAS and tour the Historic Lighthouse or the World Famous Naval Aviation Museum. School zones - Navy Point Elementary, Warrington Middle, Escambia High School pets allowed on a pre approved basis with all pet fees paid, owner/manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time.
