Private bedroom in a large, cozy 5 bedroom apartment with amazing roommates. 2 bathrooms (you would only share a bathroom with one other person). All utilities and internet included, reserved parking spot in the lot behind the building included as well but if you don't need it you could negotiate a roommate buying it from you! Awesome location at 800 4th street in the classic city brownstone apartments, a few minutes (5-10) walking to both dinkytown one way and northeast the other! There's also 2 yummy Mediterranean cafes right across the street as well as a little convenience store. There is a porch off the apartment that's lovely! My roommate has a cuddly kitty as well, he's very hypoallergenic, anyone I've had over that has been allergic to cats hasn't had any problems. No A/C but I'm willing to leave my super cold window unit for you so your room will always be cool. Please message me with any questions!
