Seeking Roommates: 2 Rooms Available We have two large 12x13 bedrooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bath house. The two rooms share one bathroom. Both rooms rent for $500 with all utilities included. The room can come furnished or not. A month-to-month lease will be considered for the right roommate. One room will be available Sept 15 and the other Oct 1. The house is large, about 2000 square feet, with a large basement that can be used for storage. The kitchen is large with new appliances and is shared with all housemates. The kitchen is joined with a large living room. A new high efficiency washer/dryer is in the shared bathroom. The yard is large, and we have chickens that we keep for eggs. The house is centrally located in Cascade Locks, Oregon. We're about 40 minutes from Portland or 20 minutes from Hood River, Oregon, and just across the river from Stevenson, WA. Us: We are a young professional couple, easy going with busy schedules. On our days off, we are usually out traveling, camping, or playing outside. The house is generally quiet, but we like to have friends come stay every once in a while and/or have friends over or gathering here and there. We also have one dog, and two indoor/outdoor cats. They are all really chill, they mostly sleep all day. You: An individual or young couple who has a steady job, pays rent on time, has hobbies/interests and/or involvement with activities outside of the house. Someone who is considerate of living with others and picks up after themselves. Please, no more pets at this time. We might reconsider down the road, but for now we have met our furry friend quota.
