House is all electric. Lots of kitchen cabinets and closets. House sits alone with no neighbors on any side with back and sides facing nicely wooded area. Back yard is fenced. Two car garage with lots of parking. Pets will be considered and would require an additional pet fee that is added to the monthly rent. This is a NO SMOKING house. All adult occupants will be screened. Tenant is responsible for all grounds keeping. Water and Electricity included.
