The room has a queen size bed, light up shelf headboard, side table, Dresser, recliner chair, tv and 2 closets. All utilities included. Prefer a woman since the house is shared with one other woman. We have our own association beach, with sunsets that can’t be beat. Close enough to walk up town for the summer time concerts and many restaurants. 5 minutes from the canal for more summer time activities. 1 person only, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. Proof of income. Must pass a credit and criminal check. $1200 1st and last months rent to move in.
