Tenant is responsible for natural gas, electricity and Kit Carson internet. Water, trash and sewer are covered by the HOA. Tenant is also responsible for watering and weeding the back patio area. This property is represented by Digs Property Management. We are available to respond to inquires and show the property by appointment Monday-Friday, 9-4.
