This home was built in 2023 and looks brand new. This is a 3 story home and all 3 bedrooms are on the upper level of the home. The master bathroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a walk in closet. There is a full bathroom on the upper level between the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry, and a half bath are on the main level. The lowest level has a mud room area and the 2 car garage. The home has minimal grass to maintain and a fenced in backyard. The property has A/C, is located in School District 49, and it is 1739 square feet. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Use of beautiful Woodmen Hills Metro Center is included with the utility billing and offers access to the pools, gym, and club house. Community Center also features many community activities. Pets are welcome with approval. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
