You will be centrally located, close to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort (9 minutes), Jennerstown Speedway (4 minutes), Laurel Highlands hiking trail (2 minutes), Lignonier (13 minutes), Somerset (20 minutes) and Johnstown (25 minutes). The home features a master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, living room with pull-out couch and television, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is fully furnished and garbage/electric/water utilities are included in the rental price. Prospective renters will be asked to submit an application, complete a background check, sign a lease, and make a deposit to hold their reservation.
