It has dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower. You’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in the hall which is a huge help with controlling all the sand. Located on Topsail Island, the Villa Capriani is unique in both its feel and look. Built in the style of a large Mediterranean Villa, this white stucco, red-tiled roof complex will be your favorite destination year after year. The Villa Capriani offers guests 3 pools: 1 larger and 2 smaller, one of which has a waterfall. There are 2 community hot tubs that (weather permitting) are open year-round. There is even a smaller wading pool for the little ones. The pools and the hot tub are all in the center of the complex which opens to the seemingly endless beach and ocean beyond. One of the best restaurants on Topsail is located right in the lobby! You'll have to try Splash by the Sea. Stepping into the condo you are welcomed by various tranquil hues of blue and grey. The living room is inviting with a comfy club chair, couch with chaise, and smart TV. You have access to your own private balcony with Ocean and courtyard views. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the go or making a gourmet dinner with the fresh fish you caught (or purchased).
