You will not find a space like this for rent in all of Eureka Springs. Former Masonic Lodge auditorium now a room to rent! 1800 Square feet! Bathroom, Kitchen, Gas Heat, window AC units to be installed in the Spring. Water Paid! Last tenant used it as an Art Studio. I have no problem what it is used for as long as its not retail/commercial, and not too loud. There are apartments across, and below the unit, so tenants have to be respectful. Singular Parking Space provided behind the building. NO PETS! Not a place for pets of any kind!
