When entering the home through the front door, you will find hardwood flooring in the entry connecting to the spacious formal Dining Room into the Great Room with huge ceilings. The Great Room has built-in shelving and two large windows looking into the fenced backyard. Continuing through the Great Room to the East side of the home, you will enter the Kitchen, Hearth Room, Informal Dining Area, Dedicated Laundry Room, and Half Bath all with tile for easy care. The Kitchen has plenty of countertop space and comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. The Hearth Room has a fireplace and oversized window to the backyard. The Laundry Room has room for standard clothes washer and dryer and also additional space to put a second refrigerator/standing freezer. On the West side of the house is the Primary Bedroom and attached Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bedroom has carpet flooring and ceiling fan.
