I`m selling my contract for Spring/Summer at Stonebridge Condos which is just a 5 minute walk away from BYU campus. This contract is for a private room with a twin bed. It has its own closet and there is already a dresser and desk there. I have reduced my rent to $225, the original price is $250 a month. "Condo Row" is seriously one of the most sought after housing areas at BYU and this complex "Stonebridge" is really one of the best places I have lived at. I love the ward, they are so inviting and social. And yes, there is a good guy-girl ratio there. I need to sell my contract because I recently found out that I got accepted to an internship outside of town for those months. The contract I`m selling goes from April 25th - August 17th. You also have a chance to renew your contract for Fall/Winter, so it is really nice that way. The rent for Fall/Winter is $350, and that's a great deal for the area and for what you are getting since most apartments there don't go below $380. It is privately owned and the landlady responds quickly to any maintenance concerns or whatever question you may have. I`m graduating too or else I would renew my contract! It's been a great condo to live at!
