Large laundry area with washer/dryer hook ups. No garage but parking for up to three vehicles (max). Large, covered patio for entertaining. Baseboard heat with a propane heater/fireplace in living room for supplemental heat. Window a/c units provided by owner. Well and septic (which will require tenants maintenance to ensure proper functionality). Propane gas powers LR stove/heater and kitchen oven/range. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on premises. PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a weight limit of 50 lbs due to wood flooring. (Sorry, no cats allowed.) Non-refundable pet fee of $250 (each) required.
