This unit and building are in excellent condition and well taken care of. In person tours available, current photos and video are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Its located on the second floor and gets a lot of sun from South and East exposure. The building itself is pet free and smoke free! USInternet Fiber internet is free of charge. It is located just a few blocks from 494 and Penn Ave right by Best Buy HQ it is also very easy to get to 35w or 494 in either direction. Also there are many places within walking distance including Target, Fresh Tyme Market, Lunds, and Aldis. The unit itself has an excellent layout with living dining and kitchen area at the front of the home. Down the spacious hall you will find a second bedroom (Large enough for a King of Queen Bed), quarter bath, full bath and the largest bedroom which features two closets. The unit comes with one attached garage space included, a second car can park behind the garage or there is always ample street parking. Please note that pets are not allowed in the building and have not been in the building previously. Laundry is located on the second floor just outside you unit entrance. There is Central Air and heating is paid. Sorry No Pets As a tenant you are responsible for Electric only. Renters insurance is required. Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based off income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
