This unit is occupied and we are showing with approved applications only. Photos and video walkthrough are located on the Guardian Property Management website and we taken before our current tenant moved in. Currently the unit is in excellent condition. It is located just a few blocks from 494 and Penn Ave, also very easy to get to 35w and on many bus lines. There are many places within walking distance including Target, Fresh Tyme Market, Lunds, and Aldis. The unit itself is on the 2nd level and faces South and West. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is in great condition. Laundry is located on the main floor and is very clean and welcoming. Wall air condition unit included. Heating, water/sewer/Trash are all included in the rent. You will pay for electric only. Currently there is a Comcast wifi connection (one on each floor) available for free of charge, in the coming months a private USI connection will be available free of charge. One Parking Space is available free of charge. Cats are welcome with positive rental reference and credit (sorry no dogs), (Cat fee $20mo). Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
