Short Term Fully Furnished Rental! Lake/dock access, hot tub, tiki lounge! - THIS HOME IS OCCUPIED. Please respect the current occupants right to privacy and do not knock on the door, or look in the windows. It is okay to drive by, but please do not disturb the current occupant. This home is anticipated to be ready for the next occupant on March 21st. Term negotiable, about a 30 day window is open at this time, if you need a little longer we may be able to make it work. 30 day term is $1500 (approx. $50/night), different terms are negotiable. There are 3 bedrooms, but one is set up as an office. The home is fully furnished and clean bedding and linens are provided. Basic condiments will remain as well. You will love the wood burning stove that heats the entire house quite well. (There is central heat, but really isn't needed.) You will love the tiki lounge bar, it's an outdoor space that is mostly closed in, but has a heater in case it's a cold evening. If it's too cold, you can hang out in the hot tub! All chemicals balanced prior to arrival and should not need any service during stay. Renter will also be given access to the lake, dock and cabana area. Master bedroom has a 3/4 bath, full bath in hall. Full size washer and dryer and necessary items present. Internet and all utilities included. Plenty of parking in driveway. Background screening and deposit required. 2 cats stay in home, Tom & Jerry, so renters must love cats and preferably not own any pets (these cats are territorial, and will love you more if you don't smell like any other pets). Non-smoking home. ALL appliances included. NO PETS. Professionally managed by Welcome Home Rentals. Pictures taken while occupied and during a random snowstorm in February 2018, it does not snow very often in this area! :) No Pets Allowed
