Housemates: All professional females in their 30s and 40s. Room Features: -Furnished with a queen-size bed, chair, and mini fridge (furniture can be removed if you prefer to bring your own) -Each room is for a single occupant only and has its own unique keyed lock for privacy. -Washer/Dryer in unit -Outdoor security cameras -Smoke-free environment. Rent: $625/month Includes all utilities: Water, trash, electricity, gas, and high-speed WiFi. Lease: Individual lease for one room. Month-to-month (For however long you need). Additional Info: -No pets currently in the house, but small pets may be considered -Safe, quiet neighborhood on a bus line -Free parking available. Requirements: -Verifiable source of income -Clear background check No application fees No renter’s insurance required No denial based on credit check or income level. HOUSEHOLD RULES: Everyone is to clean up after themselves in common areas. The kitchen should be cleaned after cooking. Dishes shouldn't be left to sit in the sink. Noise should not be loud enough to bother anyone in the house. Quiet hours 12:00AM- 8:00AM. HVAC around 70 (All seasons). No more than 2 guests at a time. Only 1 guest can stay the night and for no longer than 2 days, unless discussed and accepted. An extra $200 will be added to rent for a guest that stays for more than a week.
