I have a furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in quiet, Clairemont neighborhood available for rent available starting April 1st. The second bathroom is shared with another roommate. There is plenty of street parking. The house is centrally located with easy access to highways 805 and 163, shopping centers, and restaurants. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to Pacific Beach, downtown, and La Jolla. I'm looking for a male, professional that is clean, considerate, and responsible. Rent is $1100 per month and a third of the utilities (power, water, internet). Rental lease is on a month to month basis and the security deposit is $1100.
