This new amazing home is located in Hideaway Estates, a quiet community located off 4th Street and Valencia Avenue in the Frenship school district, and it has everything you're looking for in a rental. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, custom cabinets, and vinyl flooring that extends throughout the home, which means NO carpet. Also included is a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. Step outside to a relaxing patio and a backyard with full artificial turf, with rock landscaping in the front. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents, you become eligible to receive a $25 application. Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are also responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy. Security deposits are required for all properties, but we offer various deposit amounts and payment options, which are determined during the application process. You COULD qualify for a smaller deposit amount if you meet the right application criteria.
