Highly ranked Taylor Park Elementary School (a public school) is just across the street (within the school catchment). Beautiful and quiet surroundings, within walking distance to parks, wooded areas (with a creek), SkyTrain station, and a Korean supermarket. Metrotown is a 10-minute drive away. Interior space: 790 sqft, equipped with washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, heating, microwave, etc. Bathrooms have heating and motion sensor lights, and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The balcony overlooks a fountain and a pond. Ample and bright parking space, with one underground secured parking spot. There's a over-sized locker on the same floor as the unit. Rent: $2600/month (includes water, waste disposal, and property management, excludes electricity and internet) Minimum one-year lease. Shorter-term lease possible with slightly higher rates. Available for move-in from July 1, 2026. Absolutely no smoking, no marijuana, one small pet is allowed. Tenants are responsible for move-in and move-out fees charged by strata.
