Both livestock/horse and pet friendly, you are free to make use of the assorted outbuildings and barn on the property. You may also hike or ride on the roads and trails, and process downed trees for the wood stove if you wish. Several ponds on the property offer fishing opportunities. The cabin itself is well insulated, staying cool in the summer with no a/c. Two bedrooms with one bath between them, kitchen with pantry, dining and living rooms complete the interior. A ventilated root cellar is a handy few steps outside the laundry area off the kitchen. Multiple heat sources - propane or wood stove, along with a few wall heaters for convenience. Spend time on the covered back deck overlooking the large yard, which includes horseshoe pits for an evening's entertainment. Four-wheel drive vehicles will be required for winter access, and there will be rules to follow regarding the use of the property, but what a unique place to hunker down off the beaten path. One-year lease requirement. Security deposit in the amount of $2,850.00 and pro-rated rent due at signing. Tenant screening criteria includes: Credit score requirement of 650+, household income verification of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and criminal & eviction record review.
