Honestly thee best landlords hands down. I feel like family here. I hear from time to time about places in goldendale having bad management. This is not the case here, the Woodard’s are compassionate, caring, and always making me smile when I see them! If you get the privilege to rent here I highly recommend it! -Current Resident
