There are washer/dryer hook-ups in the kitchen, a shed in the backyard available for use, a covered carport attached to the one car detached garage. The house has new paint throughout. The living-room offers a picture window to see all the comings and goings of the neighborhood. As the yard is not fenced it would not be good for a dog, to be left alone.
