This beautiful, fully furnished walk-out studio basement offers a private, comfortable living space, perfect for one person. It includes a modern bathroom, a large kitchenette and queen sized bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Alexandria. We (the owners) will be living in the upper two floors with our dog. We are looking for someone who is independent, clean, responsible, and easy going and considerate of others. Based on the size of the space, it is ideal for ONE person. Preference for someone who does not work remotely since we do. Details: Minimum 6-month lease (preference for 12-month lease) FaceTime (Apple) or WhatsApp video call required with owners before in-person viewing due to dog presence No pets or inside smoking allowed.
