About the apartment: The apartment is 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom type. I'm subleasing my furnished bedroom between June 10th and Aug 10th. The apartment is just 5 mins walk from Pentagon City metro station. Also you can reach Costco, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Pentagon City Mall, CVS, Rite Aid, Subway and other necessary places in walking distance. About the rent: The rent for my room is $726 per month including water, electricity, gas and internet. About the roommate: Now there is one girl and her mom in the living room. They are very nice people. I prefer female. Also I prefer girls who can keep the common place clean, not make noise after 10:30 p.m from Sunday to Thursday, 11:30p.m on Friday and Saturday. About the neighborhood: It's just 1 mile away from Pentagon. Frankly speaking, it is very safe. There is public library and Virginia Highlands park right behind the building.
