Coin operated laundry machines in dedicated laundry room on site. Walking distance to post office, general store, gas station/atm machine, theater, church, museum, bakery and Cochnewagon Lake Beach. Please read all information regarding rental application requirements below. ONE YEAR LEASE: The application process consists of: 1) a rental application, 2) a background and credit check and 3) renters insurance. The background and credit check is a one time, non refundable payment of $49.00 made by each rental applicant to an independent investigative company which serves to run the credit and background check.
