Great two bedroom, one bath home in Shrewsbury, close to Metro Link. This home has been recently remodeled and has beautiful plank floors throughout. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is huge with all new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer. There are lots of cabinets and counter space throughout. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
