Your only utility bill is electricity; water and trash collection are included in monthly rent; an all bills paid option is also available for an extra monthly fee. Central Heights is a pet-friendly community allowing small pets up to 30lbs at maturity, however, some breed restrictions do apply, please see pet policy below, PET POLICY FEES: $150 nonrefundable DEPOSIT: $200 RENT: $10/per pet MAX WEIGHT: 30lbs MIN AGE: 1 year RESTRICTIONS: no aggressive breeds, please call for information In addition to the security deposit, there is also a nonrefundable $50 redecoration fee payable at move-in.
