My husband and I absolutely love living here! We sold our home and have been here just under a year now. And let me tell ya, we were nervous to start apartment living because of hearing all the bad experiences our family and friends have had living at other apartment complexes in the past. We toured a LOT of apartments/duplexes in this area, and we haven’t regretted choosing High Pointe for a single second! The management is attentive and easy to communicate with, we love the beautiful amenities, and everything is CLEAN and QUIET! I don’t even notice we have neighbors. When our family and friends come here, the most common thing we hear is that they feel like we live in a luxury hotel. The view from our apartment is breathtaking. I still am amazed every time. This area of Sheboygan is really special. We enjoy being able to take a lovely stroll to go to coffee shops, ice cream shops, tennis and pickleball courts, fantastic restaurants, fun niche stores, and of course THE BEACHES. All within walking distance! 5 stars all around 👍🏻

We have been living at High Pointe for 3 years and love it! Our building manager is attentive and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The amenities are great, and the location allows for nice walks with great dining nearby. Highly recommend!!
