Finally at the rear of the property we have a private backyard with garage and additional off-street parking. Utilities - Tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn and snow care. Mower/blower provided. Pets considered under 25lbs. Pet rent is $30 per month and a pet deposit of $250 is also due. $45 application fee for each adult. $175 lease signing fee and deposit due at lease signing. Deposit is one month's rent. This property is not certified to accept section 8 vouchers.
