First floor includes1/2 bath, living room with wood burning fireplace, kitchen and dining area featuring a breakfast bar with plenty of cabinet space. Walk-in storage closet and additional laundry closet with full size washer/dryer hook-ups. Both bedrooms are upstairs with access to the deck and a full bathroom. NO SMOKING INSIDE, $50 application fee per adult. Credit, background, eviction check required. Applicant must have verifiable income of 3X the monthly rent. One small pet under 25#'s with $25 per month pet fee. Lawn care/pest control included.
