Walking and hiking trails available just down the street and are located inside the state campground of Sugar Pine State Park. Utilities paid with monthly rent are half water, trash, and Wi-Fi. Electricity and gas paid by tenant since utility charges are based on usage. Parking available for three vehicles on the driveway. Winter months, snow removal service is split between landlord and tenant. Deposit for tenancy is $2500.
